The Caravan of Riches (Group RP: 1-8 Players)

This idea was inspired by someone else (who is, unfortunately, not here) and I decided to make the idea a lot simpler than what they had it has.
Scenario- An adventurer pulls a caravan of supplies, weapons, and other important items into a small town. They bring it to the local pub(tavern) and enter. Their goal is to try and acquire others who are willing to do anything to help in the quest. The individuals must be skilled in a certain category; such as crafting, fighting, building, cooking, etc. Whoever they manage to round up will be accompanying them on a long, treacherous journey to a land full of valuables and riches.
